Youth Partnership web portal

A search engine reachable from any page has been put in place in order to facilitate the navigation on the website but also a quicker search. An advanced search is also proposed in order to allow users looking for specific data to perform a search only in one of the features (e.g. advanced search for the publications, the library or the questionnaires).

With the new web-portal the features previously hosted on the European Knowledge Centre for Youth Policy (thematic information, glossary and the good practices and document databases), are now easily accessible for all users representing the triangle of research, policy and youth work.

The consultation of the thematic information on Youth Policy provided by the National Correspondents has been simplified by displaying the data by themes (Better knowledge of Youth, Voluntary Activities, Participation, Information) in a user-friendly manner and with a direct access to results of the previous year. Moreover, information sheets on youth policy in the participating countries will shortly be available in the section country information.

Concerning the registration form for regular visitors, it has also been simplified in order to encourage more users to join in. Previous users of the old websites will have to re-register as the old data were not transfered into the new system.

The Expert database grew richer through setting-up of individual expert portfolios allowing the experts to provide their personal portfolio (including links to their own publications in the document database). Please note that to register as an expert you will first need to register as a regular user on this website.

Once you're register on this website, you can submit news to be displayed on this website. After validation they will be displayed on the website and send by e-mail to the registered users who subscribe to this option.

For the seminar and training registration, a on-line application platform has been developped. When the Youth Partnership will organise a seminar or a training, it will be displayed in the News section during the registration period. Registered users will be informed through e-mail and links to the on-line application platform will also be displayed on the  homepage.
